My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The location was superb, right in the heart of Music City, close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and modern, although the cleanliness was not ideal. The service was exceptional, from the front desk to room service. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the gourmet sandwiches. However, the facilities were lacking compared to the price paid.
